Not when it's done carefully. We map every old URL to its new one, set up redirects, keep metadata and structured data, and monitor Search Console after launch. Most sites gain traffic because the new one is faster and clearer.
It depends on your current site. If the code and platform are sound, a visual redesign is enough. If it's slow, hard to edit or built on an outdated platform, rebuilding usually costs less over time. We'll recommend one after the audit.
